What I fix
Most jobs take an afternoon or less. If it's bigger than a handyman should take on, you'll hear that up front, with a referral if I have one.
Doors and trim
Sticking doors, hinges, hardware, strike plates, staining and refinishing, weatherstripping.
Walls and paint
Drywall patches, touch-ups, caulking, accent walls and small rooms.
Mounting and assembly
TVs, shelves, mirrors, curtain rods, furniture and playsets, anchored into the right thing.
Smart home and tech
Doorbell cameras, smart locks, thermostats, Wi-Fi extenders and the setup that comes after.
Fixtures
Swapping light fixtures, faucets, showerheads, toilet parts and ceiling fans.
Outdoor odds and ends
